Miriam O'Brien Consulting provides management consulting services to business, government, boards, industry and professional organisations. We are based in Melbourne and Mount Beauty in Victoria Australia.
Our management consulting services include governance, board review, board evaluation and self-assessment, strategic planning, corporate and business planning, organisation review, policy review and program analysis, community consultation, stakeholder analysis, workshop facilitation and providing general management advice.
Miriam O'Brien has received training in the Carver model of Policy Governance® through the intensive advanced governance program with John Carver, and co-authors Miriam Carver (co-trainer) and Caroline Oliver (workshop participant). She can provide up-to-date advice on the Carver approach to governance, tailored to the individual needs of a Board.
